As the face of our client, you will do the following:
Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you are the airport professional who makes important connections and fosters an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and gates, assist them with tickets, luggage, greet customers at the start and end of their journey and do it with a smile. You will provide friendly, professional, reliable and caring service to help solve customers’ travel problems and make their experiences memorable.
What are your responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and helpful manner is key to creating memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and loyalty.
- Develop and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility should we encounter customer inconvenience

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least 18 years old

- Physical ability to stand and walk for eight hour shifts such as lifting and handling luggage
- Ability to obtain an SIDA badge and meet the badge requirement at the airport
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
