The Electric Power Systems Team Is Currently Seeking A Highly Motivated, Organized Contract Manager To Join Our Team Working In A Hands-On And Collaborative Environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support L5 Value Stream Leaders (VSL) For Their Affiliate Programs:
- Provide Guidance On Negotiation Strategy
- Support For Negotiations With Customers
- Provide Reliable Contract Recommendations
- Translation And Writing Of The Contractual Language
- Change Management Support
- Maintain And Organize Contract Review Artifacts.
Management Of Contract Documents To Support Contracts And Business Units. Compliance With Import/Export Compliance Requirements.
- Ensure Coordination Of Client Program Team. Participate In The Review And Negotiation Of Terms Of Customer Agreements.
- Coordinate Demand Efforts With Program And Operations Teams. Support Communication Of Financial And Operational Implications To The Business Unit.
- Follow And Adhere To Standard Operating Procedures.
- Respond To Customer Inquiries In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
- Disseminate (Flowdown) Customer Contractual Requirements Within The Organization. Connection Between Internal And External Customers.
- Proposal Management And Business Risk Mitigation. Receivables Management.
- Act As A Peer Mentor. Managing The Customer Interface And Correspondence.
Qualifications/Required Experience:
- Typically Requires A University Degree Or Equivalent Experience And A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Previous Relevant Experience OR An Advanced Degree In A Related Field And A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience
- Must Be A US Person / Permanent Resident “Green Card” Holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contracts Or Supply Chain Experience Required. Experience With Government Contracts Is An Advantage.
- FAR 15 Experience Preferred. Experience In Setting Up Commercial Subjects Is An Advantage.
