HOW THE PROGRAM MANAGER HAS AN IMPACT:
Serves As The Contractor’s Sole Contract Manager And Will Be The Contractor’s Authorized Interface With The Government Representative (CO), Contractor Representative (COR), Government Management Staff, And Client Agency Representatives.
Responsible For Establishing And Enforcing Labor Standards, Assigning Contractor Schedules, Reviewing Labor Variances, Managing Contractor Employees, And Communicating Organizational Policies, Goals, And Objectives To Subordinates. Create And Maintain Technical And Financial Reports That Demonstrate Progress To Company Management And Clients.
