As A Senior Data Analytics Manager In The Data Strategy Relationship Management (CRM) Group, You Will Lead A Team Of Associate Managers And Their Respective Digital Analysts. You Will Help Develop And Implement Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Strategy. You Will Have Primary Interaction With The Enterprise Data Strategy And Governance Groups. You Will Own The Customer Relationship Management Data Strategy, Working Closely With The Analytics, Platform And Experience Teams To Meet Current And Future Needs. You Will Manage Relationships With The Customer Data Warehouse Team, Including Assisting With Prioritizing Backlogs And Sponsoring Any Work Items. You Will Also Coordinate And Facilitate The Data Needs And Vision Of Customer Experience Partner Teams, Including Business Intelligence, Data Science, Customer Experience Systems And More.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Or Higher In A Quantitative Field Such As Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics Or Statistics Or Other Related Field Of Study And Four Years In A Supervisory/Management Role.
- In Lieu Of A Degree, A Minimum Of Eight Years of Analyst Experience And Four Years In A Management/Supervisory Role
