{"id":14660,"date":"2025-02-04T11:28:41","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T11:28:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/?p=14660"},"modified":"2025-02-04T11:28:41","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T11:28:41","slug":"customer-success-manager-google-workspace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/customer-success-manager-google-workspace\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Success Manager, Google Workspace"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"jobDescriptionTitle\">\n<h2 id=\"jobDescriptionTitleHeading\" class=\"css-9phk1k e1tiznh50\" tabindex=\"-1\">Full job description<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"jobDescriptionText\" class=\"jobsearch-JobComponent-description css-wppltw eu4oa1w0\"><b>Note:<\/b>\u00a0By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India; Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.<\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in creating roadmaps with customer stakeholders to help drive solution adoption and business value.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting enterprise customers in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).<\/li>\n<li>Experience driving technology and digital transformation programs for external customers, utilizing cloud-based solutions for productivity and workplace solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading or project managing workplace productivity and collaboration programs in large enterprise organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in customer-facing roles, including C-suite level governance and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Enterprise and Solution architects to define future states of the roadmap to deliver to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with channel partners and system integrators, with knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About the job<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be an expert in digital workplace transformation and will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers to help them gain maximum value from Google\u2019s productivity and collaboration tools. You will work with other customer-facing teams to ensure that a customer\u2019s experience on Google Cloud exceeds their expectations. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and partner with customers to develop a plan that aligns their business needs to success accelerators, organizational, program, change management, and technical strategies designed to reduce time to value for Google solutions. Additionally, you will act as a solution subject matter expert, defining strategy, identifying and delivering priority accelerators as part of an overall customer transformation plan.<br \/>\nGoogle Cloud accelerates every organization\u2019s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the successful adoption of Google Workspace solutions for a portfolio of accounts, focusing primarily on Google Workspace.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a thought leader in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and digital productivity and collaboration, provide thought leadership to customers at Executive and Practitioner levels.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with customers to identify success plays that will accelerate their time to value, and develop plans to implement these services, including the tracking of objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Guide executive customer stakeholders through the changes needed to unlock the value of Workspace, providing guidance to help them design the optimal enablement and adoption strategy to maximize business value.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives to develop strategic and technical plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
