Responsibilities:
Safety Procedures
- Conduct Daily Safety Briefings. Manage And Coordinate All Escalating Task Risks And Reported Issues.
- Train Employees To Move The Rack Safely And Efficiently. Make Sure The Team Meets The Requirements For Heavy Lifting Equipment.
- Lead By Example In All Safety Standards. Tactical Shift Management
Prioritize And Assign Ticket Work To Data Center And Asset Inventory Team Engineers.
Use Process Knowledge And Technical Skills To Resolve Enhancements (Or Additional Enhancements As Needed), Resolve Blocking Issues, And Activate On-Site And/Or Remote Data Center Support Activities. Carry Out Assigned Tasks And Escalate Matters During High Volume Work Activities Or Escalation Based Situations.
Inbound And Outbound Logistics
- Provide Technical Support And Guidance On Specific Tasks To The Team Of Mechanics Responsible For The Preparation And Execution Of Inbound/Outbound Deliveries And Documentation Of Inbound/Outbound Packages (E.G. Direct The Flow Of Packages From Preparation To Delivery.
- Planning Of Incoming And Outgoing Logistics Of Internal And External Services. Communicate Directly With Customers Regarding Scheduling Of Inbound And Outbound Deliveries.
- Coordinate With External Stakeholders As Needed, Including Third-Party Warehouses, Original Equipment manufacturers (OEM) Suppliers, And Suppliers To Facilitate Inbound And Outbound Deliveries. Solving Growing Situations Related To Inbound And Outbound Logistics.
