Responsibilities
- Build, Develop And Maintain High Quality And Effective Working Relationships With Key Stakeholders To Facilitate Proactive Planning And Flawless Execution Of Our Business Objectives.
- Support Strategy And Planning Across The Organization Including, But Not Limited To, Both Semester And Long-Term Aspects. Support And Implement The Rhythm Of Business Activities; Including General Cadence, Preparation Of Materials And Speakers And Post-Event Research And Feedback For All, Business Reviews, Offsite, Etc.
- Support The Development And Management Of MBR Supplier Reporting, Compliance And Improvement. Create Or Improve Team Processes, Routines And Reporting For Effective Management.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Of Business Processes And Tools To Enable Rapid Growth And Scale. Identify Tools And Processes And Eliminate Low-Value Tasks, Align Multiple Beats, Consolidate Required Inputs To Reduce Deliveries With Uniformity.
- Lead And Manage Cloud Project Initiatives To Activate The Platform And Deliver Features That Exceed Customer Expectations And Enable Rapid Delivery. Manage Tools And System Requirements For Planning And Tracking Purchasing Activities.
- Support Reporting Tools And Data Quality. Manage, Track And Drive The Alignment Of Partner Teams On Critical Projects.
- Identify, Evaluate And Implement Knowledge Management Tools And Venues To Ensure Effective Team Knowledge Development, Retention And Sharing. Self-Acceptance And Standards Needed To Create And/Or Create Dashboards And Reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ Years Of Experience In Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Data Analytics, Or Product Development
- Or OR Equivalent Experience.
- 2+ Years Of Experience Managing Cross-Functional And/Or Cross-Team Projects
- Experience Working In A Cloud (Hyperscaler Or Customer) Or Equivalent Data Center And Network Environment
- Proficiency In Microsoft Word And Excel With Advanced Use Of Pivot Tables And Macros
- Strong Analytical And Problem Solving Skills Working With Various Data Sources To Create A Comprehensive View
- Good Knowledge Of Powerbi Or Equivalent Business Intelligence Reporting Tool.

- Experience With CRM Tools / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Ability To Influence Others In The Immediate Team And Beyond
