- Run Day-To-Day Operations, Guided By Actionable Reports And Data That The Business Uses To Improve Customer Experience And Operational Efficiency
- Identify Opportunities To Enhance Retailer/Third-Party Channel Experience And Operational Efficiency, Leverage Data And Customer Feedback
- Recruit, Select, Hire And Train New Csrs And Prepare Them To Support Third Party Retailers/Channels Including PNR Support, Modern Retail Expertise And AA Products And Processes
