Responsibilities:
- Collaborate With Operational Excellence, Compliance And Risk Partners To Design Effective Control Tests And Monitoring Activities.
- Assist In Managing The Ongoing Compliance Of Deposit Products With Applicable Amex Internal Policies And Standards
- Perform Compliance Testing For Depository Products, Including Kri Management And Prsa Control Testing And Rbst Testing
- Be A Key Member Of The Process Owner Delegate Team And Partner With Operational Excellence And Other Team Members To Complete The Annual Process Risk Self-Assessment (Prsa) Refresh Process And Coordinate All Prsa Control Tests
- Manage The Management And Escalation Of Kri/Smart Monitoring Alerts And Issues Identified Through Prsa Control Failures Or Rbst Testing Exceptions. Work With Product Management And Development To Ensure Good Control Design For New Products And Features.
- Assist In The Conclusion Of Management Action Plans And Compliance Action Plans Owned By Consumer Banking Product Management. Drive The Organization’s Control And Compliance Thinking Across Consumer Deposit Products And Increase Visibility Of Our Control And Compliance Framework And Results.
Build Strong Relationships With Back-Office, Aet, Compliance, Privacy, Legal And Product Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous Experience In Audit, Compliance Or Operational Efficiency Oriented Roles.
- Strong Involvement In Process Management And Quality Assurance.
