Expected Roles:
As A Member Of The IAM Service Team, You Are Responsible For:
- Provision Of Appropriate Identity And Access According To User Requirements, Defined User Roles And Organizational Access Policies.
- Analyze And Resolve User Access Issues
- Collaborate With Business Units On Access Control Processes
- Own The Entire Lifecycle Of Accounts Across Multiple Applications And Work With Business Units To Define User Roles Across The Enterprise. Work With The Information Security Team To Mitigate Access Management Risks.
Duties:
- Add, Remove, Edit And Manage User Profiles, Passwords And Account Information For Network, Database And Business Applications Used Across The Organization In A Timely Manner.
- Adhere To Processing And Turnaround Times Established By Internal Procedures And Guidelines Or As Required By Service Level Agreements, While Still Maintaining A Focus On Customer Service.
- Review Applications To Ensure Compliance With All Information Security Standards And Policies.
- Adhere To All Information Security Policies, Procedures And Guidelines In Identity And Access Management To Ensure The Security Of Information Systems.
- Record And Maintain Documentation For Future Audits And Meet Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
- Troubleshoot Technical Or End-User Access Issues.
- Provides On-Call Support For High Priority, High Impact, And Urgent IAM Issues
- Provides Assistance With Root Cause Analysis For Incident Management
Qualifications:
- Experience With Various ID Management Processes For Identity Namespaces (Active Directory And Mainframe-RACF), Operating Systems (Windows Or Unix/Linux) And Databases (Oracle, SQL, Etc.)
- Deep Understanding Of Person And Non-Person Identities And Their Management On Windows, Unix And Mainframe Platforms. Shell Scripting Experience (Powershell/Korn/Bash) (Preferred)
- Hands-On Experience With At Least One Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution (Blue Prism, UI Path, Etc.)
- Deep Understanding Of Identity Lifecycle Management And Role-Based Access Management And Hands-On Experience Managing User Access Through LCM Solutions Such As Sailpoint IIQ.

- Keep your mind and body, relax.
- Never try to give a long answer to an interview question. Keep your answer short and effective.
