Basic Qualifications
The Candidate Must Have Hands-On Experience In Power Supply Design And Demonstrate In-Depth Knowledge Of Offline Conversion Topologies Including Flyback, Pfc, Resonant Converters And Analog/Digital Control Loops. The Candidate Must Be Very Familiar With Power Supply Safety Requirements And Environmental Certifications, Power Controls, Components, Magnetic Design, Power Supply Layout, And Modern Efficiency Optimization Techniques Including No-Load/Light-Load Efficiency Methods.
Strong Analytical/Problem Solving And Ability To Make Critical Decisions
- Must Be Highly Motivated, Self-Starter With Passion For Innovation, Integrity And Attention To Detail. The Ability To Communicate And Collaborate In Cross-Functional Teams Is Very Meaningful

- Definition Of The Main Concept Of Power Supply Design Cooperation With Multi-Functional Team And Power Supply Module Suppliers In Some Cases. Provide Design Simulation, Calculations And Analytical Models To Predict Outcomes From Design Concept
- Provide Design Risk Assessments, Mitigation Plans, Improvement Lessons Learned And Proof Of Concepts
