Responsibilities:
- Processes And Manages Multi-Channel Requests Via Calls, Emails, Chat Related To Money Orders (Contracts, Master Data, Pricing, Sales Orders, Invoicing, Reporting)
- Answers, Reads And Processes All Correspondence Received Via Phone, Web-To-Case, Mobile Application And Email Regarding Consumer Interests, Questions And Experiences In Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Americas
- It Provides Excellent Support Including Escalation To Level 2 Support And Compliance And A Complete Customer Care Solution
