- Defines, Captures And Validates IT Requirements And Other Artifacts And Ensures Involvement Of Relevant Stakeholders. Analyze IT Customer Requirements And Priorities And Initiate Delivery Efforts.

- Ensure That Incidents That Are Not Resolved Quickly Are Escalated Appropriately According To Defined Service Level Agreements (Slas). Develops Key Team Deliverables And Dashboards.
