Technical Support Specialist
Disney Theatrical Group Is Seeking A Technical Support Specialist To Join Its Merchandise Team. This Role Is The Primary Point Of Contact To Support Our Merchandise Team’s Merchandising Systems In Our Broadway And West End Theaters And On Our North American And UK Tours. This Role Will Provide Hardware And Software Support For Our Merchandise Team. Some Tasks Are On-Site And Some May Be Remote. Flexibility Around Evening And Weekend Production Hours Is Essential If Extra Support Is Needed. Some Travel May Be Required To Support Our Tours And International Business, But This Role Is Primarily Based In New York In A Hybrid Work Environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create Break / Correct All Hardware Sales Points (Ipads, Printers, Scanners, Scanners, Maces Credit Cards, Etc.)
- Work With Our Sales Point Of Sale To Work With Any Upgrade, Mistakes And Interruption Of Our Sales Software Point
- Join Our Network Support Engineer And Solve All Connections With Any External Sales Systems
- Holds Our Fleet On Credit Card Machines And Make Sure They Are Secure For Internet Connection
Support Problems With Our Stock Management Software
- Set A New Point Of Sale And Machines On The Credit Card Install And Install If Necessary
- New Equipment To Replace The Hardware Seizure
