Responsible For Quality Assurance Of Pre-Financed Mortgage Loan Documentation To Ensure That Real Estate Secured Loans Are Originated, Processed And Closed Across Multiple Lines Of Business And In Compliance With Credit Union Guidelines And Secondary Market Policies And Procedures. Responsible For Quality Control Processes Related To Post-Funding Loan Documents To Ensure Real Estate Secured Loans Are In Compliance With Credit Union Policies And Procedures And Secondary Market Guidelines.
- Responsible For Analyzing And Reporting On Identified Quality Issues, Deficiencies And Initiatives That Require Coordination Across Various Operational Departments To Address Solutions And Help Drive Risk-Focused Lenses Maintains Exception Reports And Tracking Systems To Identify And Report Exceptions That May Assist In Identifying Error Trends, Issues, Or Opportunities For Other Cross-Functional Training Groups.
- Makes Recommendations And Implements Improvements To Improve The Quality And Accuracy Of Processes, Disclosures, Files And System Data. Updated GSE Production Reports And Matrix Service.
- Review Exception Reports To Identify Any Factors That Are Not Considered Acceptable And Take Steps To Minimize Or Eliminate Exceptions And Increase Overall Efficiency. View EPD Reports Of Suspicious Activity.

Assumes Responsibility For Performing Quality Control And Quality Assurance Activities For New Deposit Accounts, Consumer Loans, Real Estate Loans And Changes Made To Key Data Points On Existing Accounts (File Maintenance) To Ensure Accuracy, Consistency And Compliance With Credit Union Policies, Regulatory Guidelines , Terms And Conditions And Secondary Market/GSE Guidelines. · Responsible For Quality Assurance Processes Related To The Pre-Financing Of Mortgage Loans. Review Mortgage Loan Pre-Financing Documentation To Ensure Accuracy And Identify And Report Negative Trends. Identifies Mortgage Loan Waivers And Documentation, Including Appraisals, Insurance, Compliance Waivers, And Borrower Conditions.
- Assumes Responsibility For Post-Funding Loan Document Quality Control Processes To Ensure Real Estate Secured Loans Are In Compliance With Credit Union Policies And Procedures And Secondary Market Guidelines.
