In The IT Support Engineer II Role, You Can
- Provide On-Site And Remote IT Support For Gilead Vips (VPAnd Above) And Their Administrative Assistants.
- Onsite And Offsite Support In All Aspects Of Technology
- Manage And Support The Implementation Of IT Projects For Vips And Administrative Assistants. Ensure A Smooth And Unique Sign-Up Experience For Our New Vips.
- Provide Outage Repair Support If Issues Are Identified And Resolved In A Timely Manner.
- Create Tickets For All Issues And Document The Root Cause With Service-Now
- Escalate Issues To Level II And Level III Including External Vendors As Needed. Consistently Meet Or Exceed Our Defined SLA Expectations.
Contribute To The Creation Of Knowledge Articles And Videos As Needed To Engage The Team And Customers In Technologies. Flexible Working Hours To Support Morning And Evening Coverage As Well As Occasional Weekends And Holidays.
Provide Virtual And/Or Physical Event Support During Executive Meetings And Small Meetings At Event Venues. Communicate With Our Executive Customers Verbally And In Writing Customer Approach.
