ROLE RESPONSIBILITY
This role will direct colleagues and recruited BAs to:
- Establish relationships with clients and project team members and liaise between business and technical members of the project team, ensuring the project team understands clients’ needs.
- Lead and execute multiple digital automation projects across complex geographies, driving business and patient impact
- Uses specific techniques to solicit requirements from interested parties, analyzes, organizes, documents and validates the resulting requirements, and communicates and ensures agreement on requirements among interested parties.
- Create, validate, and update diagrams, models, and other artifacts to describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure, business area context, and/or system requirements.
- Establish requirements baseline and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle
