Summary Of Work:
The Senior Data Management Specialist Is Responsible For The Overall Integrity Of The Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Drawing/Manual Release Process And Workflow Through The Global Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) And The Security Of All Correspondence (Ie Including Documentation/Dispatching/Reporting/Etc.) Submits HK Government For All Entertainment Tours Under The Ordinance.
Review The Integrity Of Drawings And Ride &Amp; Show Manuals Transferred From The Project Team To HKDL Facility Services (FS) And Ensure The Release Process Of Drawings And Documents In Accordance With HKDL’s Documentation Management System And Procedures. As A Subject Matter Expert (SME) In EDMS, Undertake Various Tasks To Implement The Processes And Workflows Defined In EDMS To Ensure Completeness And Compliance Of Data Management According To The Disney Global Assurance Standard And HKSAR Statutory Requirements.
Assist Managers In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Implement Quality Control Data Management Covering All Areas Of HKDL Rides And Shows And The Operations And Maintenance Engineering Team’s Internal Data/Files/Records.
Responsibilities
Review And Protect The Integrity Of Field Drawings And Manuals With New Changes, Maintain Redline Drawings In Accordance With This Standard, And Review The Integrity Of The Transfer Of Project WDI Documents To HKDL FS, And Assist In The Transfer Of WDI Project Documents To The HKDL Data Server. Coordinate With WDI Data Management For Drawing And Manual Release Issues, Resolve Any Missing Links And Unresolved Item Issues. Manage And Monitor Technical Publication Work, Including Management And Show Manuals, Mrs, Engineering Service Procedures, Etc. Assist Managers In Implementing/Managing Quality Procedures. Participate In Tier 2 Audits For Compliance With HKDL And Global Disney Guidelines, Standards And Procedures Adopted By The Ride And Show, Including Documentation, Workflow, Safety, Execution Of Work, Etc. Services Coordinate With The Global Data Management Team When Changing / Upgrading / Testing The Electronic System Data Management (EDMS), Smarteam
Requirements
- Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management Or Engineering
- Relevant Experience In Multi-Engineering Discipline Project Documentation Administrative Work
- Experience In International Quality Control And Auditing Systems Such As ISO9000 Is Preferred
- We Require Good Communication Skills In Both Written And Spoken English
- A Candidate With Less Experience Will Be Considered A Specialist
