Review Product Requirements And Provide Feedback To Ensure Needs Are Met And Testing Efforts Are Minimized.
- Work With Developers To Ensure Product Meets Functionality, Quality, Performance, Scalability, Privacy And Security Through Tools, Automation And Breakthrough Testing Technologies. Participate In The Development Of Quality Assurance Programs That Establish And Develop Quality Assurance Standards.
- Able To Develop Technical “Vision” And Design Specifications For Assigned Projects, Able To Act As Project Leader During Implementation. Writing Complex Code And Developing Test Protocols And Plans That Are More Complex In Nature.
- Evaluate Compatibility Of Programs With Existing Communications Hardware And Software. Contribute To The Development Of Technical/Business Methods And New Or Improved Technical Tools.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree And At Least 5 Years Of Software Development And/Or Technical Quality Assurance Experience OR High School Diploma/GED And At Least 8 Years Of Software Development And/Or Technical Quality Assurance Experience.
- Experience Working On More Than One Product Delivery Cycle At A Time. Experience As A Tester In Software Development.
- Experience Developing Design Specifications, Test Plans And Protocols. Experience Identifying The Relationship Of Errors In Software Code.
- Experience Establishing And Maintaining Relationships With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization, Business Community And Suppliers. Experience Applying Time Management Skills Such As Prioritization/Organization And Tracking Details And Meeting Deadlines On Multiple Projects With Varying Completion Dates.
- Experience Analyzing And Reporting Data To Identify Issues, Trends Or Exceptions To Improve Results And Find Solutions. Experience Identifying Operational Issues And Recommending And Implementing Strategies To Resolve The Issues.
