Develops And Manages Budgets In Accordance With Timeline Requirements For Medium To Large New Store Development Or Remodeling Projects. Develops Job Content In Accordance With Operational Requirements And Budget Subsidies. Manages Regional Planning, Bid Negotiations And Consultant Relations.
Manages And Monitors Project Schedules Within Budget Guidelines, Progress And Costs To Ensure Projects Are Completed In A Timely And Efficient Manner. Maintains, Modifies And Updates Project Plans As Needed. Coordinates, Communicates And Manages All Issues And Risks Affecting The Project. Communicates Project Status To Project Participants And Stakeholders In An Accurate And Timely Manner.
Manages The Design Phase Of The Development Process. Prepares Possession Of Rental Premises According To Company Guidelines. Monitor General Contractor And Contractor Performance During The Construction Phase. Maintains Construction Schedules In Place To Open Store On Time. Manages Ordering And Tracking Of Materials And Equipment. Visit The Job Regularly And Perform Due Diligence And Quality Monitoring. Addresses Concerns And Maintains Consistent Follow-Up Of All Outstanding Issues. Manages The Permitting And Approval Phase Of The Development Process And Ensures That All Appropriate Approvals Are Received Prior To The First Possession Or Construction Phase.
Manages And Maintains Relationships With External Experts And Consultants. Monitor Contractor And Contractor Performance During Construction Through Site Visit And Reporting. Maintains Relationships With Jurisdictions And Planning Committees To Ensure Smooth Store Openings. Manages Bidding And Contract Negotiations. Ensure Compliance With Company Contract Policies. Maintains And Monitors An Active Group Of General Contractors (GC) For Adequate Quantity, Quality Of Workmanship And Level Of Service.
Works With Other Departments To Improve Processes And Tools To Support Capital Changes, Capital Initiative Implementation And Maintenance Of Existing Stores. We Want To Hear From People Who Have:
