Main Responsibilities:
The IT Field Services Engineer Is Responsible For Managing The Logistical Aspects Of Small To Large Projects That Are Diverse And Quite Complex. Help Coordinate Project Planning, Training, Implementation, Timing, Functionality, Quality And Cost. Interaction With Vendors And Suppliers Required. Must Have Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, This Candidate Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. The Candidate Will Ensure That United’s IT Critical Infrastructure Standards Are Adhered To. The Role Ensures Functionality And Quality Of Solutions Related To LAN \”Local Area Network\” WAN \”Wide Area Network\” VOIP \”Voice Over IP\” CCTV \”Closed Circuit Television\”, Mobility Platform And Infrastructure Activities That Are Managed United IT Critical Infrastructure Standards. The Role Is The Interface Between Field Services And Internal/External Business Partners.
Support For Regional Airports, Customer Service Centers, Contact Centers And All United Facilities. Duties Include Manuals, (DT) Digital Technology Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Mobile Product Support, (DT) Infrastructure Support (DT) Digital Technology, Operational Equipment And Communication Rooms, Base Location Inventory Management And Inventory Warehouse
System Maintenance/Administration, Diagnostics, Automated Imaging Of Computer Equipment/IT Infrastructure, Installation And Removal Of Computer Equipment, Assisting End Users In Troubleshooting Equipment Performance
- Monitor Regional Digital Technology (DT) Inventory And Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Environment.
- Attend Regional Project Meetings And Provide Project Tracking And Analysis. Supports Supplier Task Integration And Supplier Tracking And Evaluation.
