About The Role:
This Senior Information Security Engineer Position Within The Identity And Access Management Operations Team Is A Mid-Level, Highly Experienced Technical Role That Will Assist In Supporting Identity And Access Management Initiatives, Including Identity Data Warehouse, Behavioral Analytics And Service Account Monitoring. This Person Will Be Part Of A Team Of Onshore And Offshore Engineers Who Help Maintain The Availability And Performance Of IAM Applications, Systems And Processes That Facilitate Access Requests And Provisioning, Policy-Based Provisioning, Behavioral Analytics, Automation And Service Account Control. The Preferred Candidate Has Extensive Level 2 Production Support Experience With Various Operating Systems, Applications Hosted In Hybrid Environments, Data Integration (ETL), And The Ability To Troubleshoot Data Integration Issues. This Candidate Is Also Familiar With Behavioral Analytics Models, Information Security Best Practices, Machine Learning, And IAM Functions (Provisioning, Monitoring, Certification, Etc.). This Position Will Adhere To Company Policies Regarding Security, Documentation, Auditing, And Change Control Processes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Install, Integrate And Deploy Enterprise Security / User Behavior Analytics Products. Collect And Analyze Data From Various Sources From A UEBA Perspective.
- Project Documentation Including Technical Requirements, Architecture, Design And Runbook. Work With Multiple Project Teams With Competing Deadlines.
Serves As A Technical Resource; Provide Technical Knowledge And Skills As A Team Member And Individual Contributor. Identify And Implement Operational Best Practices And Process Improvements In The Following Functional Areas: Incident Management, Problem Management, Planned And Unplanned Outage/Event Management, Technology Updates, Operational Reporting, Tools And Application Support.
- Develop Requirements Documentation, Operational Policies And Procedures, As Well As Deployment Documentation For Data Center Monitoring Tools And Application Operations Teams. Support Solutions To Reduce Recovery Time, Enable High Availability And Support Disaster Recovery.
- Proactively Identify Problem Trends As They Develop; Analyze/Predict Trends And Develop Long-Term Plans Designed To Solve Problems And Prevent Them From Recurring; Maintaining A High Level Of Service For The IT Community. Manage The Day-To-Day Risk And Control Flow Of Operations With A Focus On Policies, Procedures And Work Standards To Ensure Success; Re-Engineering And Management Of Continuous Service Improvement.
- Develop And Maintain A Positive Relationship With Onshore And Offshore Team Members, Internal Business Partners Such As Product Management, Technical Leads, System Operations And Other Service And Support Members. Assist With Building Maintenance Reports To Monitor Policy Compliance.
- Contribute High-Level Vision And Technical Concepts That Span Technology And Business. Willingness To Work Non-Standard On-Call Hours In A 24x7x365 Environment.
Hands-On Experience Managing Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning Activities For Critical Applications.
