Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Coordinate And Plan Work Activities For Engineers/Control Systems Managers To Achieve The Goals And Objectives Of The North American Customer Fulfillment Teams
- Work Closely To Build Operations, Operations Engineering, Fc Start Up Team, Aft Software Teams, Aces Team And Safety To Support Mhe System Optimization And Project Implementation
- Understand, Maintain And Troubleshoot Material Handling Control Systems Including Plc/Pc Controllers And Industrial Networks Such As Ethernet, Controlnet, Devicenet, Profibus, Motor Control Systems, Servo Drives, Frequency Converters And Electrical Distribution Systems
- Monitor Mhe Metrics And Work With Maintenance/Operations On System Performance Issues And Perform Analysis On All Operations. • Act As The First Level Of Escalation Support For Technicians/Control Systems Supervisors During And After Business Hours, Locally And Remotely Troubleshoot And Repair All Hardware Or Control Software Systems In The Building
- Appropriately Escalate Downtime To Vendors Or Headquarters To Support Facility Recovery.
- Mentor Control System Technicians (Csts) And Control System Leads (Csls) In Your Assigned Building
- Facilitate Failure Analysis And Process Reviews And Implement Process Improvements Or Retraining To Prevent Future Incidents
- Apply Material Handling And Electronic Systems Expertise To Maximize Utilization Of Building Systems
- Create, Use And Provide Building Assessment System Analyzes To Assess Materials Management System Performance
- Work With Other Building Operations Management, Equipment Vendors And Parts Suppliers To Plan And Coordinate New Technology Installations. Act As A Technical Advisor For Investment Projects Within The Building
- Use Established Network Support Resources For Guidance And Assistance And Provide Peer Support As Needed.
- Communicate Technical Issues And Project Schedules With Construction Management, Operations And Maintenance Team. Explain The Effects Of Manufacturing
- Assist With Skills Assessment For Technical Positions In Construction Operations Maintenance Teams
- Manage A Flexible Workload That May Be Management Or Other Operations
- Participate In Ae Conference Calls And Coordinate With The Central Ae Team To Complete All Required Tasks
- Provide Weekly Reliable Site Audit Information To Central Ae Team Travel Up To 20%
