We Are Looking For A Senior Technical Program Manager For Ring. You Will Work With Experienced Interdisciplinary Staff To Design And Build New Products As Well As Maintain Existing Platforms. Ring’s Senior Technical Program Managers Must Be Able To Juggle Multiple Competing Priorities, Define Processes That Improve Execution, Champion Engineering Best Practices, Execute With Agility, And Succeed In A Complex And Fast-Paced Environment.

As A Technical Program Manager On The Embedded Software Team, You Will Manage All Aspects And Cross-Functional Dependencies Of Features And Services. As Part Of The Responsibilities Of This Role, You Will Work On Legacy Products As Well As Manage And Plan Future Products. If This Challenge Inspires You, We Want To Talk To You.

Main Job Duties

  • Collaborate With Business, Engineering And Other Internal Teams To Define And Deliver Complex Features
  • Coordinate The Delivery Of Sponsored Deployments And Feature Delivery
  • Collaborate With Remote And Multi-Site Teams To Deliver Relevant System (Software) Components
  • Communicate Regularly With Senior Management On Status, Risk And Change Control
  • You Are Expected To Dive Deep Into The Technical Details Of The Program
  • Identify, Assess, Monitor And Mitigate Issues And Risks At Multiple Levels
  • Create, Maintain And Distribute Project Information To Stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Technical Field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering Or Similar)
  • Experience With Embedded Software Development
  • Experience With Cost Benefit Analysis Of Feature Selection
  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills
  • Fluency In Atlassian Scm Suite (Confluence/Jira)
