Main Job Duties
- Provide Basic Technical Support To Amazon Corporate Employees. Investigate, Resolve And Respond To Inquiries Received In A Timely Manner, In Accordance With Organizational Standards.
- Diagnose And Resolve End-User Computer Problems, Including Problem Analysis, Identification Of Appropriate Resources, Testing Of Proposed Fixes, And Follow-Up To Ensure Problem Resolution. Create And Submit Detailed Call Logs That Accurately, Thoroughly And Timely Document Customer Interactions.
