Summary:
The Senior Associate For Account Management Will Provide Support To The Accounting Team Of Their Assigned Clients. The Senior Associate Will Provide Client Support, Custom Reporting, Submit Client Access Requests, And Assist With Benefit Setup And Project Support As Needed. The Primary Focus Of This Position Is To Execute Customer-Specific Operational Deliverables, Identify Service Trends, Support Operational Needs, Resolve Issues, And Fairly Order Benefits. To Function Effectively In The Model, The Senior Associate Must Work With The Account Manager, Account Executive And Clinical Account Executive To Successfully Service The Entire Book Of Business. The Main Measure Of The Senior’s Performance Is A Way Of Satisfying Two Accounts And Clients.

- The Client Management Requires Every Day. Assists The Account Management Team By Providing Support To Clients.
- Maintains Ownership Of Assigned Services/Operational Deliverables And Ensures Operational Excellence And Deployment Quality. It Helps In Monitoring And Identifying Service Trends As Per Requirements, Enabling Immediate Resolution Of Any Service Issues.
- Assist With Standard And Non-Standard Reporting/Analysis As Needed. Manage Billing And Rebate Research.
- Implementation And Setup Of ESI Products And Programs. Work On Ad-Hoc Projects As Needed.
- Collaborate And Take Prompt Action To Resolve Operational/Service Related Issues; Escalating Issues As Needed And Supporting Recovery Efforts. Serves As The Voice Of The Client Within Express Scripts To Ensure Continuous Service Improvement And Accountability.
- Coordinates Deliveries With Internal Operations Departments To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree In Related Field Or 8 To 11 Years Of Experience.
- 2-5 Years Of Relevant Experience Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree And 0-3 Years Of Related Experience. Strong PC Skill Including Microsoft Office Products, Email And The Internet.
- Beautiful Verbal And Written Communication And Presentation Skills. Strong Analytical And Problem Solving Skills.
- Responsiveness, Relationship Building And Accountability
- Knowledge Of The Healthcare And PBM Industry Is Preferred. The Book Has A Strong Focus On Corporate Customer Satisfaction And Customer Retention Results.
