In This Role, You Will Provide Business Recruitment Consultant Expertise To Help Drive Recruitment Initiatives Across The Business. You Will Be Responsible For Managing The Entire Recruitment Lifecycle Process For The Engineering Team In Our Organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work With Hiring Managers To Identify Job Requirements, Create Job Descriptions, And Coordinate Interviews.
- Review Resumes And Credentials For Appropriateness Of Skills, Experience, And Knowledge Relative To Position Requirements
- Use Compliant And Efficient Data Management Methods With Our Real-Time Applicant Tracking System
Manage The Recruitment Process By Setting Clear Expectations And Delivering On Commitments With A Sense Of Urgency To The Company As Well As Internal And External Candidates
Work With The Sourcing Team To Address Niche And “Hard Fill” Positions
- Work With Hiring Managers To Create Compensation Proposals And Salary Recommendations Based On Market Data And Internal Policies
- Provide Candidates With Timely And Engaging Company And Position Information To Ensure A First-Class Candidate Experience

Main Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 Years Of Relevant Experience (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources) In Lieu Of Degree
- 6 Months Of Experience In Recruiting Engineers
- Demonstrated Ability To Build Relationships And/Or Manage Clients/Customers
- US Citizenship Is Required For Government Jobs
