Technical Support Specialist
Disney Theatrical Group Is Seeking A Technical Support Specialist To Join Its Merchandise Team. This Role Is The Primary Point Of Contact To Support Our Merchandise Team’s Merchandising Systems In Our Broadway And West End Theaters And On Our North American And UK Tours. This Role Will Provide Hardware And Software Support For Our Merchandise Team. Some Tasks Are On-Site And Some May Be Remote. Flexibility Around Evening And Weekend Production Hours Is Essential If Extra Support Is Needed. Some Travel May Be Required To Support Our Tours And International Business, But This Role Is Primarily Based In New York In A Hybrid Work Environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create Break / Fix At All Hardware Sales Point (Ipads, Printers, Scanners, Scanners, Credit Card Maces, Etc.)
- Work With Our Sale Point Of Sale To Work With Any Upgrades, Bugs And Break Our Sales Software Point
- Join Our Network Support Engineer To Solve All Connection Problems With Any External Sales Systems
- Holding Our Fleet On Credit Card Machines, And Make Sure They Are Safe To Connect To The Internet
- Support Problems With Our Inventory Management Software
- Set The New Point Of Sales And Credit Card Machines Install And Install If Necessary
- New Equipment For Replacing Hardware Seizure
- Online Village See To Ensure It Works Correctly For All US And UK Sites; Help Managers To Keep With Side Updates Or Payment Problems
- Work With Our Shopping Managers With Companies To Improve Sales In Our Online Store
- Support Tickets With A Retailer To Make Sure Time-Update And Resolutions
- Talk To All Teams Together In Theaters In The Status Of Open Cards And Healing
- Schedule And Attending Meeting Teams At The Third Party Needed To Maintain The Correct Effects Of All Functions In Office Processes And Office Procrees Together
- Provide Page Supports On Marketing Times Or Problems Arise; Views Of Marketing In Our Shows To Determine Customer’s Behavior To Help Develop Our Marketing Processes
- Reinforce Additional Infrastructure In Our Broadway-And-Marbo-And-Marbo And The Western End To Facilitate Customer Interactions
- Worked With The Front Of Households Direct To Identify Trouble And Improvements In Point Salesystem
