Overview Of Work And Responsibilities
Senior Architect – Cloud Cybersecurity Supports Efforts To Complete Cloud Security Functions For United Airlines. You Will Be Part Of A Cross-Functional Cyber Team Responsible For The Full-Stack Security Architecture. In This Role, The Architect Will Work To Create And Maintain Relevant Security Documentation And Collaborate With Product, Platform, Engineering And Operations Teams To Ensure Security Standards Practices Are Adopted Throughout The Application Or Lifecycle. The Challenge Is To Continually Improve Our Cyber Controls And Related Manuals, Workflows, Processes And Procedures. Develop And Improve Security And Resilience Architecture Strategies, Frameworks And Standards In Close Collaboration With Other Cybersecurity Teams And Partner Organizations.
- Actively Work With Colleagues To Understand Business Requirements And Develop Support For Security And Stability Policies To Ensure Adoption Of Industry And Business Standard Practices
- Demonstrates Technical Expertise In Two Or More Domains Such As Security, Resilience, Infrastructure, Platform, Product, Endpoint, Application, Identity Management And Data Security And Zero Trust
- Analyze Technical Risks Of Existing Network/System And Application Architectures (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS And On Premise) Against Related Policies And Risks And Ensure Appropriate Remediation Or Risk Mitigation Plans
Assists In Defining And Implementing Security Standards/Frameworks
- Coach And Train Engineering Teams To Integrate CI/CD Pipeline Tools, Test Plans And Vulnerability Assessment Tools For The Cloud
