Provides First-Class Member Service And Uses Consultative Sales Methods To Offer Additional Products/Services. Uses Multiple Computer Programs To View Account Information, Conduct Transactions, And Document Changes To A Member’s Account. Require A Service Focus In Every Member Interaction With The Goal Of Exceptional Member Experience And Member Loyalty.
