- Manages Programs Of Large (Potentially Global) Scope, Impact And Complexity In All Phases Of The Life Cycle To Develop, Implement Or Upgrade Internal Customers, Technologies, Products Or Processes. May Provide Secondary Or Indirect Product Support To The Customer.
- Manages Interdependencies And Integration Across Multiple Projects, Teams And Stakeholders. Have Decision-Making Authority At The Program Level.
- Manages Cross-Organizational Programs Of Broad Scope And High Complexity Or Broad Scope And Moderate Complexity, Typically Overseeing A Core Team That Manages Specific Groups. Determines The Direction Of Programs Directly Related To Company Policies Or Key Business Operations To Achieve Strategic Goals Of Interest To Us.
Leads The Core Team And Monitors The Performance Of Functional Teams. Is A Key Interface With Internal And External Stakeholders And Management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Experience With Relevant Administrative Plans In Europe Would Be An Advantage
- Experience With Changes To The Benefit Plan
- Excellent Communication Skills With The Ability To Build Strong (Often Long-Distance) Relationships
- Candidate Must Have A BS In Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance Or a Related Field
