Firmware Is The Heart Of What Makes Up Embedded Systems. As A Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) Firmware Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Designing, Implementing And Testing The Low-Level C/C++ Code That Powers Tomorrow’s Network Devices. Join Our RDMA IP Team As A Senior Firmware Engineer Where You Will Be Responsible For All Aspects Of Firmware Development For This Exciting, Complex IP. In This Role, Your Daily Agenda Will Be Exciting.
On A Regular Basis This Will Include But Is Not Limited To:
- Develop Embedded Software In Environments With Limited Timing And Memory Resources, Design And Implement Reusable Code, Perform Code Designs And Reviews, As Well As Product Implementation And Validation Tests..
- It Influences The Design Of Future Products By Contributing Significantly To The Firmware Architecture Used By Design Families.
- Perform System-Level Design And Modeling, Manage The Firmware Design Environment – Definition Of Interfaces And Sharing Between Software, Firmware And Hardware.
- Work With Different Storage Interface Standards.
- Interface With System Architecture, Design And Validation Stakeholders.
- Proven Leadership Skills Including The Ability To Organize And Prioritize Your Work – Flexibility And Adaptability In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics Or STEM Related Field Of Study.
- 6+ Years Of Experience In Embedded Firmware Development Using C/C++.
- Experience With Network Devices, Debugging Firmware And Hardware Modules.
- Experience With Low-Level Programming, Operating Systems, System Architecture Design, And Hardware Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree.
- Experience With RDMA Technology.
- Experience With Network Protocols (Infiniband, TCP/IP Or Roce).
- Experience With High-Speed ASIC Or SOC Design And Debugging (Verilog, Fsdb).
- Experience With Post-Silicon Debug.
- Experience With SOC Emulation.
