Main Work Activities:
The PGL Process Engineer Role Includes But Is Not Limited To, Continuous Improvement Of Pickle / Galvanize Line Systems And Processes. This Role Will Be Responsible For Prioritizing Product Quality Improvement, Analyzing Process Equipment Operations, And Coordinating Continuous Improvement Projects. The Process Engineer Must Work Closely With Operations, Quality, And Sales Teams. This Position Will Work Scheduled And Unscheduled Overtime, Including Weekends And Holidays If Business Conditions Warrant. Safety Is The Most Important Part Of All Jobs At Nucor; Therefore, Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate The Ability To Initiate, Lead And Support Safety Policies, Practices, Procedures, And Maintenance Standards At All Times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree In STEM
