As Sr. Says Manager, Instructional Design, You Will Lead Our Learning Experience And Technology Infrastructure To Ensure We Continue To Innovate Our Tools And Content To Stay Ahead Of Educational Trends. As A Team Leader, You Will Help Coordinate Our Coordinator, Creative Designers And Agency Partners. You Will Apply Adult Learning Theory To Instructional Design, Collaborate With Members Of Your Learning Project, And Project Manage The Design And Development Process For Critical Learning Experiences. In Rondel. And Sr. The Manager, Instructional Design, Will Conduct A Needs Assessment To Identify And Select An Appropriate Instructional Solution. You Will Design Instructional Materials, Curricula, Programs, Or Instructional Solutions That Reflect An Understanding Of The Diversity Of Students Or Groups Of Students. Finally, You Will Evaluate Whether The Instructional Design Solution Produces Positive Results, Such As Changes In Students’ Skills, Knowledge, And/Or Behavior.
About You:
- 8+ Years Of Proven Experience Working In The Field Of Instructional Design And Instructional Technology, Preferably In A Corporate Environment
- Have A Four-Year Bachelor’s Degree Or Higher, Preferably With A Major In Instructional Design, Education, Or Computer Science, Or Equivalent Work Experience
- Excellent Knowledge Of Instructional Design Learning Theories (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Etc.) And Instructional Design Processes And Models
- An Inspiring Portfolio Of Past Curricula, Courses And Example Lessons
- Strong Content Creation Skills And The Ability To Evaluate And Create Content That Makes Complex Topics Digestible For Students
- Experience Writing Project Briefs To Launch Desktop Work And Collaborate With Third-Party Technology Partners To Integrate Learning Solutions Into The Broader LMS
- Efficient In HTML And CSS
- Learning Management System Expert With Experience In SCORM, Xapi Etc. Extensive Experience With Course Development Software, Especially Elucidat (Or Captivate, Storyline) + Visual Design Skills, Especially Illustrator (Or Dreamweaver, Photoshop) And Storyboarding Skills
