What You Should Do | Responsibilities
- Physically Deploy Newly Hired Hardware Setups In Our Offices And Resolve Any Hardware Issues
- Physically Ship New Hardware Sets For Rental
- Collaborate Effectively With Multiple Cross-Functional Teams And Departments
- Manage Inventory And Stock Of Necessary Computer Hardware And Peripherals
Fulfilling Software Requirements Through Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF And Remote Assistance (Previous Experience Preferred)
- Communicate Regularly And Effectively With End Users And Colleagues Across Multiple Platforms And Media (Email, Instant Messaging, Phone, Ticket Updates, Virtual Orientation And In Person)
- Troubleshoot And Support Our Ethernet Networks (LAN/WAN) (Previous Experience A Plus)

IT Asset Management Co-Op
Asset Management Co-Op Plays A Key Role In Empowering The Wayfair Community By Managing Inventory, Computer Imaging, Licensing And Supporting The Overall Asset Lifecycle.
This Role Will Work Closely With Wayfair’s IT Service Desk, The Team Responsible For Handling All IT Requests, Issues, Questions, Etc. Of Wayfair’s Global User Base. They Will Also Work With IT Teams Such As IT Onboarding, Which Physically Deploys Equipment To New Employees.
